Service rating :

The National Tour guide was superb (Jason) he made sure that we got the best experience possible for each activity. All local guide were also very good. The restaurants were all very good and the guides ensured we new what we were eating. The choice of hotels were to a very good standard all with WIFI.

Product :

Great value for money all meals, entrance fees and all modes of travel were included. The only extras were optional.
The upgrade option to Business Class was a real treat.

They are an excellent company; this was the second time I have been away with them. I was reassured in respect of both holidays by their careful and thorough attention to customer care and find them to be approachable; for example their London office is open to callers which is something I look for when considering and booking a holiday, with the questions that matter answered.

On this latest trip to China I was impressed by the personable and efficient Helen Liao our national ****** who showed good organisational skills, and additionally our local guides were both lively and enjoyable company, but again most efficient.

We did the China Explorer tour. It was a fantastic tour and we went to all the places we had always wanted to visit.
For me the magic of the grt wall at sunset ,Terracotta Warriors & the Pandas were the highlights
Our. Fantastic guide Miao made our trip so memorable, so professional,friendly,caring with a big heart and love of her Country.
Local guides were also excellent!
Office staff who dealt with the booking were all top class.

The tour was really well organised and our National Guide (Maio) and the local guides (Lewis, Ping, Cassie, Linda) were all excellent. All the hotels and travel arrangements worked well and I would definitely recommend Wendy Wu!

I understand this is quite a new tour. I thought it was excellent. The itinerary took us to some less well travelled areas and was at a good pace. Our small group size was also ideal.
